About the role
This is a build role. You'll own People Operations at Town end to end — onboarding, payroll, benefits, equity operations, immigration, compliance, HRIS — and design the version of it that still holds at 100 people. Most of what you'll own doesn't exist yet, and you'll build it with the Head of Talent and directly alongside Finance, outside counsel, and both founders. The cornerstone of this role is the latitude to build and decide how this function works.
