About the role
We are hiring an implementation analyst to help launch new customers onto Trayd. This is a highly customer-facing, data-heavy role where you will own onboarding projects from start to finish. You will work directly with construction companies to understand how they run payroll today, migrate their data into Trayd, and ensure they launch successfully.

- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, analytics, or similar roles
- You are comfortable working with data and have strong Excel skills
- You are organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- You communicate clearly and are comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams
- You have a high ownership mindset and take responsibility for outcomes
- You are curious and motivated to learn quickly
