About the role
We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful operator to lead Internal & People Operations at Trellis. This role will own many of the essential functions that keep the company running, including recruiting coordination, payroll and benefits administration, company events, office operations, vendor management, budgeting, and finance-related workflows.

- Plan and execute company on-sites, off-sites, team events, celebrations, and leadership gatherings
- Build thoughtful experiences that strengthen company culture and help employees connect
- Coordinate company-wide calendars and support scheduling for important internal meetings and events
- Manage all-hands logistics, team-building activities, employee recognition, and other internal programs
- Gather feedback and continuously improve company events and employee programs
- Eperience in people operations, recruiting operations, business operations, office management, finance operations, executive operations, or a related role
