About the role
- Administer and secure network perimeter infrastructure, including pfSense firewalls - Manage and maintain virtualized infrastructure across Proxmox and VMware ESXi environments, including migrations between platforms
What they're looking for
- - Master's degree in computer science or a related technical field preferred
- - Demonstrated experience with pfSense firewall administration
- - Hands-on experience with Proxmox and/or VMware ESXi virtualization platforms
- - Practical experience with Podman or Docker container platforms
- - Proficiency in Python, familiarity with C++ is a plus
- - Experience with Ansible or comparable configuration management tools
