- 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in life sciences, healthcare, or digital health, including time at an early-stage or high-growth company
- Deep understanding of biopharma commercial and clinical development dynamics — how sponsors evaluate enrollment and patient-access solutions, who holds the budget, and how those decisions actually get made
- Working knowledge of health system and provider network dynamics
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level executives across healthcare sectors
- Experience leading go-to-market strategy development and execution
- Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing commercial teams

We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute Trial Library's commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and build trusted partnerships across biopharma, health systems, and payers. This role reports directly to the CEO and carries the company's commercial vision end to end — from strategy through the team that delivers it.
