- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering "visionary pragmatist" results, balancing great UX, style, and pragmatism that actually work
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, AdobeXD, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies, with an adaptive mindset open to new approaches
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with engineers, product management, and leadership on strategy and approach
