• Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies. • Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.

- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (Spectrum ERP)
- 10+ years of professional consulting experience specifically within the construction industry
- Deep expertise in construction business processes, specifically within accounting principles (General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll) or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing)
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements
- Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite
