What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in channel operations, business systems administration, or data analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems
- Advanced capability in Google Sheets for data modeling, metric evaluation, and reporting
- Strong mathematical and analytical mindset to evaluate complex platform metrics and usage trends
- Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining automated KPI dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
