About the role
Run full-cycle hiring across G&A functions, Finance, Legal, Ops, and other departments as needed, owning each search from intake to close. Partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs, set hiring strategy, and deliver against the growth priorities tied to TRM's expansion across public sector, financial institutions, and crypto.

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record hiring across business functions such as Finance, G&A, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments where priorities shift frequently
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives as a strategic talent advisor
- The ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar functions and turn business needs into clear, credible hiring profiles
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines in markets where top talent is passive and in demand
- Comfortable managing a high volume of niche, strategic searches without sacrificing attention to detail or candidate experience
