As a Senior Client Manager, you will serve as the primary architect and owner of our most strategic, high-value enterprise partnerships . Joining our team as a high-level business advisor, your critical goal is to drive portfolio growth and account health across key client accounts by blending financial acumen, consultative digital collections expertise, and executive-level influence .

- Experienced Strategic Lead: You bring professional experience across Operations, Client Management, Default Management, Risk, or Strategy within debt collection or financial services
- Analytical Storyteller: You excel at converting raw data into actionable business insights and strategic client recommendations
- Cross-Functional Orchestrator: You have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder business transformations and influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Solution-Focused Partner: You possess strong interpersonal skills, a steady professional temperament, and a "think-like-an-owner" mindset when solving complex enterprise challenges
- Educated Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Maintaining a reliable internet connection and a professional work environment is expected. The ability to protect confidential company, employee, customer, and business information while working outside of a company office is also required
