- Real responsibility from day one. On a small, collaborative team, Summer Analysts own meaningful workstreams, sit in on investment team meetings, and see how investment decisions are made
- Access to top investors and companies. Summer Analysts meet with top-tier venture firms and founders and gain exposure to our work with Forbes on the Midas List and Next Billion-Dollar Startups
- Mentorship and training. Each Summer Analyst is paired with a mentor on the investment team and completes a structured training curriculum on venture capital fundamentals
- Evaluate prospective fund, direct, and secondary investments through manager, company, and performance analysis and modeling
- Build financial models and benchmarking analyses used to assess returns, risk and portfolio construction
- Help prepare investment memos and one-page summaries that communicate recommendations to the investment committee

TrueBridge’s Summer Analyst Program is a highly selective 10-week internship for rising seniors who want a real seat at the table in venture capital. Summer Analysts join our investment team in Chapel Hill and work on live opportunities across our fund, direct, and secondary strategies, contributing analysis that informs actual investment decisions.
