About the role
We’re looking for an accountant who wants to build —someone who can take real-world accounting problems, translate them into repeatable workflows, and help customers see measurable improvements in their month-end close.
What they're looking for
- Prior client-facing work (implementation, advisory, consulting, solutions, etc.)
- Strong grasp of US GAAP and the end-to-end close process
- Ability to translate requirements into systems + workflows (you don’t need to be a career CSM)
- Comfortable learning new tools and working with messy inputs (bank/CC activity, POS systems, payroll data, supporting docs)
- High ownership, strong follow-through, and clear written + verbal communication
