About the role
This role is ideal for a candidate who wants to move beyond traditional revenue accounting and help design the future state of Truveta's revenue organization. You will lead the transformation of revenue processes, automate manual workflows, strengthen our systems architecture, and help shape how revenue operations scale with the business.
What they're looking for
- Own the end-to-end quote-to-cash process and drive continuous improvement across revenue operations
- Serve as the company's subject matter expert on ASC 606 and revenue recognition
- Research, document, and implement accounting conclusions for complex contracts, new products, pricing models, usage-based revenue streams, and contract modifications
- Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda and revenue accounting policies
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and improve scalability
- Drive the strategy, design, and optimization of Salesforce and NetSuite integrations

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote
