What they're looking for
- Licensed: Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Closer: Proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales
- Customer-First: You actually care about getting people the right coverage, not just the cheapest quote
- Comfortable with Tech: You do not need to code, but you are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Hungry: You want to be early at a company that is going to change an entire industry
- Nice to Have: Multi-line experience (auto + home/renters), familiarity with comparative raters, or experience at an insurtech

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to be on the front lines — closing deals, advising customers, and helping shape how AI and humans work together to deliver an insurance experience that has never existed before.
