About the role
Tulip is scaling its Commercial organization, and this role sits inside a small sales team focused on a shared list of target accounts. Tulip's AI-native platform is used by companies like AstraZeneca, Cartier, and Stanley Black & Decker to digitize shop floor operations, replace paper-based quality processes, and build composable operations solutions.

- Clear, confident communicator who can hold a substantive conversation with operations, engineering, and manufacturing leaders
- Ability to quickly learn complex manufacturing environments, understand operational challenges, and connect those problems to Tulip’s value proposition
- Able to understand and execute enterprise sales playbooks, conduct thorough account research, and prepare effectively for prospect conversations
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and workflows for account research, call preparation, and day-to-day productivity
