About the role
TurbineOne is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead our Field Engineering function, responsible for the technical leadership of field integrations, helping shape how TurbineOne deploys, scales, and supports our Frontline Perception System (FPS) in diverse operational environments.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in Field Engineering, Systems Integration, Solutions Architecture, or related technical deployment roles
- 4+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
- Extensive experience with Linux systems, networking, and deploying software in complex or edge-based infrastructure
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data routing
