decide which partnerships are worth it — which CSPs, peers, SIs, and labs to pursue, and which to ignore own the relationship with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and drive our marketplace listings from setup to real pipeline

turbopuffer is looking for someone to build our partner program from scratch — the strategy, the integrations, and the first real revenue through it.

decide which partnerships are worth it — which CSPs, peers, SIs, and labs to pursue, and which to ignore

own the relationship with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and drive our marketplace listings from setup to real pipeline

turn partnerships into a repeatable sales motion: co-selling, marketplace transactions, joint accounts

get turbopuffer into the implementations that systems integrators are already running

structure the deals and co-sell motions, and negotiate them with partner alliance teams

work closely with engineering to fold partner needs back into the product

technical — you're comfortable discussing APIs and cloud infra
