The Recoveries Director is a dynamic leader responsible for driving recovery efforts across Turo. These recoveries include collections through third party vendors, subrogation of claims costs from responsible third parties, risk transfer recoveries from guest insurers, and recovery efforts related to chargebacks.
In this role, you will lead both in house and outsourced teams responsible for recovery operations across Turo’s peer to peer car sharing marketplace. You will design and execute strategies to maximize recoveries, manage external partner relationships, and leverage AI and other technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our collection and recovery efforts.
