What they're looking for
- Experience at a marketplace, two-sided platform, or consumer tech company
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) certification
- Executive compensation experience, including board/comp committee prep
- Familiarity with pay equity analysis and pay transparency compliance (state and international)
- Experience implementing or migrating compensation tools or HRIS platforms
