This is a fully remote role within the United States.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically-fluent Technical Product Manager to own planning and execution for tactical features and improvements within our Contracts product. This role will manage the day-to-day flow of user reported issues in close partnership with Engineering and the broader Product team. They will also work closely with Customer Success – not as first-line support, but as the product owner who takes confirmed issues from CS, synthesizes scattered feedback into clear themes, and turns the highest priorities into shipped improvements.
Turquoise has built the most comprehensive picture of negotiated rates and contract data in US healthcare, and Contracts is a core pillar of that business. As the product and customer base have grown, so has the volume and complexity of inbound support and feature requests.
