What they're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, account management, or a related role
- Strong organizational and analytical skills — comfortable managing recurring processes, high volumes of detail, and multiple data sources (spreadsheets, reports, CRM records) simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify gaps, anticipate needs, and drive work through completion
- Collaborative and effective at coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders without direct authority
