About the role
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health. This person will be Twin's internal expert on the Medicare Advantage population, ecosystem, and market. You will help us deeply understand MA members—their needs, behaviors, barriers, care experiences, and expectations—and translate that expertise into better product, clinical, operational, and commercial decisions.
What they're looking for
- Deep Medicare Advantage Experience: 10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare, managed care, or closely related healthcare roles, with significant direct exposure to MA
- Member & Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Medicare population and the practical realities of engaging and caring for older adults and other Medicare beneficiaries
- Health Plan Expertise: Strong understanding of how Medicare Advantage plans operate, make decisions, measure performance, and evaluate partners and solutions
- Builder's Mindset: Comfortable moving beyond explaining how Medicare Advantage works to helping design what a better Medicare experience should look like
- Executive Presence: Strong communicator who can represent Twin credibly with senior health plan leaders, customers, partners, industry experts, and external audiences
- Thought Leadership: Experience presenting to executive audiences and ideally speaking at industry events, panels, conferences, webinars, or other external forums
