This role is ideal for someone who is energized by partnering with clients, driving measurable outcomes, and creating value for clients, providers, and members.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in Client Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing role within healthcare
- Proven track record of building strategic client partnerships that drive adoption, client retention, revenue growth, and long-term business value
- Experience managing highly matrixed enterprise organizations with multiple executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical operations, population health, and value-based care principles
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
