About the role
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health. We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to define the future of Twin's member experience. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI-powered experiences members interact with every day—from onboarding to personalized daily guidance, Digital Twin interactions, and long-term behavior change.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing mobile and web products with measurable business impact
- Consumer Product Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design, behavior change, engagement, and habit formation. Passion for building elegant products that members love
- Operational Product Thinker: Excels at translating ambiguity into product strategy, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
- Data-Driven Mindset: Defines meaningful success metrics, leverages experimentation and analytics to prioritize investments, and continuously iterates based on outcomes
- Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products from vision through launch at high quality
- Influence & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
