About the role

- 3+ years of experience, ideally in consulting or customer-facing roles
- Independent learner who ramps quickly on unfamiliar, technical domains and reasons soundly with limited guidance
- Experience driving complex technical integrations end to end, ideally working closely with Engineering and other technical teams
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, familiarity with Python and API-based tools is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and presence: explains complex concepts clearly to any audience and stays composed under tough questions
- Excellent written communication: produces polished customer- and executive-facing materials that lead with the "so what."
