- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field
- Experience designing intuitive and simple UI/UX, a solid eye for detail, and ability to distill complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Experience building scalable platform architecture, and ability to understand and discuss engineering architecture
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and marketing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
