About the role
We’re hiring someone to work across finance and business planning. You’ll work on our financial forecasts, compute spending, pricing, and investment decisions. You’ll maintain the financial model, understand what’s driving the numbers, and help us decide what to do next.
What they're looking for
- Have a few years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or FP&A. This could be your first operating role after banking, or you may already have spent time in startup finance
- Have strong financial modeling skills and a good understanding of financial statements and cash flow
- Care about the details. You check your work, investigate discrepancies, and flag assumptions that aren’t well supported
- Can make progress without a detailed brief, including finding the right people, asking questions, and following through
- Communicate clearly. You can explain what changed, why it matters, and what you think we should do
- Are interested in the business itself, including the recurring work of keeping forecasts and reporting accurate
