About the role
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager at ULTRA , you’ll be the builder behind how every Ultra customer experiences the brand after they buy. Reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with the CMO , your job is to design, build, and continuously improve the lifecycle experiences that turn first-time buyers into loyal, high-value customers.

- • Build flows and experiences end-to-end inside the ESP—segmentation, triggers, logic, and personalization (both directly and with agency support)
- • Run lightweight tests across onboarding, messaging, timing, and offers, read the results and refine
- • Document and systematize what works so wins are repeatable and scalable
