About the Role
We're looking for a Director to own our website end-to-end: the full experience humans and agents have with us online, from first discovery through decision and beyond.
This role also owns discoverability in the broadest sense. As buyers increasingly get answers directly from tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, we need our brand to be accurately represented, cited and recommended everywhere people and AI systems go looking for answers. You'll lead the vision for this experience and guide a team in bringing it to life .
