Configure, maintain , and support Workday HCM – worker lifecycle events, organizations, job management staffing model , work structures, and related foundational data. Support Workday Recruiting configuration and processes – requisitions, candidate workflows, offers, hiring, and scheduling tool .
What they're looking for
- B S in Human Resources or Information Systems , or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and production support experience in a complex environment
- Strong configuration experience in Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Advanced Comp, with experience in several additional areas, including Core Compensation, Performance, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Experience with EIB data loads
- Strong experience configuring Workday business processes , building custom reports , and calculated fields
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production deployments

Senior Workday Systems Analyst

Position Summary
The Senior Workday Systems Analyst is a hands-on functional business partner responsible for supporting, configuring, and improving the Workday platform. This role works closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to analyze business requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and provide reliable production support.
