Job Title: Senior Sales Operations Manager
About the Role : The Senior Sales Operations Manager will help run the deal process, keep our systems and data trustworthy, and give sales leadership the insight it needs to hit revenue goals. This role partners closely with the Revenue Operations leadership to implement, manage, and maintain the sales operations function day to day, while partnering directly with sales and finance leadership and building team capability as we scale. In this role, you'll drive sales execution, protect revenue quality, and create the operational discipline needed to convert pipeline into profitable revenue.
- Implement and translate sales processes strategy into day-to-day execution across account, opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and close.
- Partner with the Salesforce/System Admin to translate commercial needs into system requirements and automation.
- Identify friction across the sales process at scale and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve seller productivity, cycle time, and conversion
