The Business Supervisor (BS) is the day-to-day client partnership lead, responsible for managing client communication, translating business needs into actionable direction, and ensuring clarity across internal teams. Serving as the critical connection point between Business Leadership and Program Management, the Business Supervisor helps create exceptional client experiences while enabling efficient delivery.

- 4+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, or related client leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage day-to-day business communications
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Production, Context, and Program Management
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
