Build and own Until’s long-range financial model, operating forecast, and scenario planning across facility buildout, new programs, hiring, and capital needs. Create a model where every number can be traced back to a clear assumption. Partner with the Director of Strategy to evaluate go-to-market strategy for a first-of-its-kind product.

Until is a moonshot company building a “pause button” for biology.
Our near-term focus is organ-scale reversible cryopreservation: preserving donated organs at subzero temperatures without ice formation, then rewarming them uniformly for transplant. By solving this grand challenge, we’re laying the foundation for whole-body reversible cryopreservation, giving patients a bridge to future cures.
We’re assembling an interdisciplinary team to develop perfusion systems, cryoprotectant formulations, and vitrification and rewarming hardware.
We envision a future where no transplantable organ is lost to logistics, and no terminal diagnosis is final because patients can safely wait for future medicine to arrive.

Until is a Series A company of roughly 50 people, primarily scientists and engineers, and has raised approximately $100M to date. We’re entering a period of meaningful growth and complexity: expanding our facilities, advancing new programs, growing the team, and preparing for our next fundraising chapter.
