What they're looking for
- 5 or more years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS, channel sales, or a comparable field. Experience selling into the home improvement or contractor space is a real advantage
- A track record of hitting and exceeding goals. You don't need to rank first on every leaderboard, but you do need to show consistent performance over time
- Comfort with ambiguity. This is an early-stage team. Priorities shift, processes change, and you'll need to adapt without losing momentum
- Strong communication skills. You can clearly explain value, tailor your message to your audience, and run a compelling presentation
- A team-first mindset. You'll collaborate with people across the company and need to work well across functions and deal sizes
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend industry events
