About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Home Improvement Loan product. In this pivotal role, you'll own and drive key initiatives shaping both merchant and customer experiences. The role is perfect for those who are self-motivated and excel in an agile environment. You’ll be responsible for leading and collaborating with sales, designers, engineers, marketers, and key partners to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes.

- Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization, continuously improving merchant retention and customer acquisition
- Drive partner integrations and unlock new monetization opportunities through APIs with external fintech ecosystem partners
- Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, and Compliance, leveraging their expertise to shape the product roadmap and execution plans
- Identify market opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and propose innovative solutions that strengthen our lending products and grow market share
- Translate customer insights, business goals, and market trends into prioritized product requirements, using data-driven decision making to maximize impact
