About the role
Conduct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, primarily sales. Looking to add to top of funnel, velocity matters. Partner with CRO, Marketing leadership, and founders to define hiring plans and ideal candidate profiles.

- Ideally 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep focus on GTM hiring
- Experience recruiting for high-growth startups (Series A–C strongly preferred)
- Proven track record hiring quota-carrying sales reps and GTM leaders

- Comfort partnering directly with executives and influencing hiring decisions
