About the role
30 Days: Ramp up on Vapi's brand guidelines, voice, and existing asset library. Meet with marketing, sales, and events stakeholders to understand current pain points and pipeline. Audit and triage the highest-priority one-pagers and decks in flight, and ship your first polished deliverable.
What they're looking for
- 7-10+ years of experience in brand or graphic design, ideally at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools startup, with a portfolio that shows range across print, digital, and event design
- Proven experience designing high-stakes sales and marketing collateral - one-pagers, decks, pitch materials
- Experience designing for live events or conferences (signage, stage/environmental graphics, swag) is a strong plus
- Expert in Figma, comfortable working within (and evolving) an existing brand system
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high ownership
- Strong collaborator who can partner closely with marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders, take feedback well, and push back thoughtfully when it serves the work
