- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Operations, or a related field at an accredited college or university
- Curious, structured thinker who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear plans, workflows, content, and insights
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong writer, able to adapt tone across internal playbooks, external-facing collateral, and executive summaries
- Interested in customer success, software, content strategy, communications, operations, AI-enabled workflows, or process improvement
- Able to communicate findings clearly through concise summaries, visuals, and recommendations
