About the role
Are you a high-energy, team first, problem solver looking to accelerate your career in business operations? In this role, you will manage core operational processes for Veeva’s global Business Consulting practice, ensuring smooth execution, organizational efficiency, and data-driven insights that empower our field teams to scale. As a trusted thought partner, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of key operational processes to streamline business execution at scale.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical exposure (e.g. 2+ years of corporate/consulting experience)
- Demonstrated experience improving or automating manual processes in a school, project, or work setting
- Demonstrated experience working in complex people environments, adeptly managing relationships upwards, downwards, and with peers to achieve a goal
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce)
- Strong Operations Mindset: A natural inclination to keep processes buttoned up, paired with a relentless drive to bring order, logic, and structure to complex or fluid workflows
- Mission-First Team Player: Proven track record of putting team success and the broader organizational mission ahead of self, innate understanding that we all win together
