As a Business Associate, you will support AI implementation engagements with healthcare organizations by helping turn complex challenges into actionable solutions. You will analyze business problems, coordinate across workstream activities, and support successful customer implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem - solving, working with data, collaborating across teams, and learning how strategy becomes execution.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 0-2+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare, operations, customer success, implementation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional skills with narrative storytelling and visualization with Power Point and written documents
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaborative work environments
- Experience analyzing complex datasets, building presentations, or supporting customer-facing projects
