About Vega Security

Welcome to the post-SIEM era. Vega. Backed by Accel, CRV and Redpoint.

About the role

Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

What they're looking for

  • 6–10 years in sales enablement, with at least 2 years building or leading an enablement program in B2B SaaS
  • Some direct sales experience (e.g., SDR, AE, or sales engineering) so you understand the rep's day-to-day
  • Track record of building onboarding and training programs from scratch
  • Experience working with sales leadership, product marketing, and RevOps
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Comfort with enablement platforms and using data to measure program impact
