About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to own shipping, receiving, and inventory control across multiple internal locations. As our sole logistics team member, you will ensure materials are received accurately, documented correctly, and available when needed — while building the process rigor we need for ISO9001 readiness. What they're looking for
- Class 5 Forklift Certification and demonstrated experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move heavy and palletized loads safely
- Hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a production, manufacturing, or lab environment
- Experience working in a regulated or quality-driven environment with strong documentation discipline and a deep attention to detail
- Familiarity with traceability requirements including serial/lot tracking, material holds, and Certificates of Conformance (CoCs)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics across multiple locations and with third-party or partner facilities
- Comfort with digital inventory management systems, experience with ERP or procurement tools such as Katana or Procurify is a plus
