About the role
You will make sure everything moving through our finance infrastructure is accurate, resolve the exceptions that software cannot, communicate with customers and suppliers when needed, and work directly with the founders and engineering team to make the entire system even faster and more automated over time. You should have a background in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a closely related field, either through your education or relevant work experience.

More about this role
Vendra is building the AI-native operating system for manufacturing procurement and supply chain. Our goal is simple: build platforms, both external and internal, that allow fewer people to accomplish dramatically more.
We work with some of the most ambitious companies in aerospace, defense, robotics, and advanced manufacturing, including teams at Anduril, Mach Industries, Relativity Space, and more.
Vendra is now managing multiple seven figures of transactions every month , and that number is growing faster than ever.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of the financial operations behind that growth. This is not a traditional back-office finance role.
We have already automated a large portion of our finance workflows and built a custom internal finance portal that manages much of how invoices, purchase orders, supplier payments, customer payments, and reconciliations move through Vendra.
Your role is to run that system.
