What they're looking for
- 8–10+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting
- Active paralegal certification or degree (e.g., ABA‑approved paralegal certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience supporting legal work in a defense, aerospace, government, or government‑adjacent environment
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes, FAR/DFARS, procurement workflows, and compliance obligations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Exacting attention to detail, impeccable judgment, and strong writing and communication skills
