About the role
The Technical Supply Chain Manager will serve as the key bridge between Supply Chain, Product, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize hardware lifecycle management, vehicle repair and quality, parts consumption and inventory efficiency. This role combines technical hardware expertise with supply chain operations, driving data-driven decisions to improve serviceability, reduce costs, and enhance vehicle reliability across the North American markets.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 7+ years of experience in hardware engineering, hardware repair, after-sales service, product quality, supply chain engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams
