- Associates or Bachelors degree Nursing, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Public Health or other relevant fields
- Prior Knowledge of clinical workflows in a healthcare setting (healthcare medical records and/or claims)
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate or work in teams that involve multiple stakeholders and manage simultaneous tasks
- Collaborative, iterative, results driven, and friendly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously and articulate ideas to both technical, clinical, and non-technical audiences
