About the role
Our team drives global demand and supply planning across all hardware product lines, optimizing forward and reverse inventory across regional warehouses to fulfill customer demand. We keep hardware moving through its full lifecycle.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 4+ years in reverse logistics, aftermarket operations, refurbishment, or a closely related supply chain discipline
- Vendor & Partner Management: Track record of managing an external operational partner directly — setting expectations, holding performance to standard, and resolving issues in real time
- Decision-Making Under Ambiguity: Comfort setting rules and standards (e.g., disposition criteria, quality bars) where no playbook exists yet, and defending those decisions with data
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to drive outcomes through people who don't report to you — coordinating across warehouse, engineering, quality, and other operational teams to keep shared work moving
- Data Fluency: Comfortable defining a KPI, pulling your own data to support a decision, and using data to catch problems before they become escalations
- Flexibility to Travel: Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally
