About the role
As a Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will work across multiple groups: Product Management, Commercial Operations & Pricing, and Global Professional Services. Operating within our decentralized recruiting model, you will embed directly into the organization to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. Because you are immersed in the team, you will develop a nuanced understanding of its dynamics and master the competitive landscape.

- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions
- Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality pipeline
- Expertise in stakeholder alignment, including the ability to influence senior Product leadership
