In this role you will work with a team of engineers and engineering technicians to help drive production improvements. We’re looking for an engineering intern who wants to engage with operations team members, equipment, and data to help drive improvements in manufacturing.

- - Desire to dig in and understand the technical details of manufacturing processes including safety, process capability, manufacturing data, capacity planning, and manufacturing flow

1. Complete interview and assessment to match your strengths and aptitude to where you will make the biggest impact between our machine shop, welding, weld robotics, paint, assembly engineering, and systems/data teams.
2. Learn and understand the job from the operators’ perspective and then help determine improvements you can drive to existing processes and equipment.
