About the role
We're hiring a highly analytical and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to report to the Head of the Office of the CEO and partner closely with our CEO in driving the company's most critical initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.

- Analytical Excellence: Highly skilled in data analysis and able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a process-driven mindset. Your work will be trusted without double-checking, so consistently defect-free work is critical
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions independently
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you can represent the CEO effectively in various forums
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or business-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of relevant experience in technology, consulting, operations, strategy, or similar roles
